FREE exchanges and returns!

1- Try on the clothes with no commitment and see how they fit!

If you want to exchange for a different size, we give you 2 MONTHS (60 days) starting right after you receive your order, and the tag must be kept, just like in any other store. For a second size exchange, a €10 fee will apply.

"The exchange will be done in such a way that you must give the item you want to exchange to the courier once they arrive at your home, and they will deliver the new item."

2- We trust our products so much that we offer a durability and satisfaction guarantee.

Our products go through quality control, but if you find a manufacturing defect, whether the tag has been removed or not, our guarantee will cover the shipping costs of a new item, or we will fully refund 100% of the product cost. We will handle the exchange or return at zero cost to you. 30 days guarantee.

The manufacturer will assess if it’s a defect, and then we will proceed with the exchange or refund.

We will not cover:

1- Size exchanges if more than 60 days have passed since receiving the order or if the tag has been removed. Just like any other store—but we give you 30 extra days!

2- Misuse of the clothing by the buyer, which will be assessed with the manufacturer.

IMPORTANT!

If the item is deemed to be misused, a €10 fee must be paid
(€5 for sending to the workshop and €5 for returning to the buyer). (Spain fee) (Europe fee will be the same shipping cost).

If the assessment is favorable, we will send a brand new unit completely free.
